Marigot

Marigot owes its name to many swamps that were present on the commune before. Marigot is the capital of the French part. The two tourist attractions of the city are the Marina Royale as well as the waterfront. You will find many shops and restaurants. Go for a walk in the historic district to discover the Creole-style wooden houses.
