The center of the small town of Sainte Luce, with its shops and restaurants, is about 1km. Sainte Luce is a very good starting point for visiting Martinique.

Surrounded by a large tropical park facing the sea, the apartments and suites are set in large exotic houses on 3 levels.
Several air-conditioned units are available:
- The studios, from 22m ² to 26m ² + terrace about 9 m ² allow to accomodate 3 adults. They include a living room with a double bed (160 cm) or 2 single beds (80 or 90 cm) and a single bed (80 cm), a shower room with toilet and a terrace with a small kitchen. Most of the studios are located on the garden level or 2nd level. They have views of the garden or the sea (sea view supplement)
- The suites apartments for 4/6 people are composed of 2 studios 2/3 communicating people,
- The 3 rooms, from 42m ² to 46m ² + terrace of 12 m ² allow to accomodate 6 adults. They include a living room with 2 single beds (80 or 90 cm), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80 or 90 cm), 1 shower room with WC and a small terrace equipped kitchen. They are all located on the 2nd and 3rd level. The 3 rooms all have sea view.

All apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with a telephone, air-conditioning, flat-screen TV with a safe (extra charge) and hairdryer. They benefit from a very high level of comfort and a decoration faithful to the Caribbean tradition.

- The restaurant "L'Habitation Philippeau" is located in the heart of the village, on the edge of the aquatic area. It welcomes you every day for breakfast from 6:45 am to 10:00 am and for dinners from 7:00 pm to 9:45 pm with a wide variety of buffets including creoles and grills,
- "La Case de Mahi-Mahi", a beachside restaurant, offers a wide assortment of grilled meats or fish and lobsters. It is open every day from 12:00 to 14:00 and 2 to 5 evenings per week from 19:30 to 21:45,
- "Le Ti Case" is located in the heart of the village, it offers pizzas to take away

Nous avons eu la chance d être surclassé. Nous étions déjà venu chez Pierre et Vacances. Toujours un très bel hôtel et restauration toujours très bien

March 2023TRES BEL ENDROIT – VEGETATION LUXURIANTE – TRES BONNE EQUIPE D’ANIMATION – Le seul point négatif : le restaurant (self-service) – difficile avec une personne handicapée ! manque de fruits (melon + pasteque ….uniquement) – L’autre restaurant, très bien, mais supplément …. Et pas ouvert tous les soirs …. Dans l’ensemble, très bonne impression – je le conseillerai à mes amis -

September 2013Les chambres sont bien. Suffisamment équipés. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Par contre pas assez d'animation. La nourriture n'est pas assez variée et les repas trop chers (rapport qualité/prix mauvais). Globalement mon séjour s'est bien passé. Mes enfants et moi avons apprécié.
July 2013Avions pris un premier vol Lyon – Paris avant de prendre le Paris – Fort de France. N’avions que 50 min entre et malheureusement le Lyon – Paris a eu 20 min de retard et conséquences, avons râté notre avion et à 10 min avant de décoller, ils avaient déjà donné nos places à des gens qui étaient sur une liste d’attente. Nous étions environ 13 personnes dans le même cas. Avons pris un autre avion 2 heures plus tard. Pour le retour c’était le même laps de temps entre les 2 avions et là, les personnels de l’aéroport nous ont tous attendus et avons couru pour prendre le Paris – Lyon. Rien de grave, ce sont les aléas du voyage mais je pense que dorénavant, il faudrait prévoir au moins 1h30 d’attente entre 2 vols. Côté séjour, tout était parfait avec un très joli emplacement de ce Pierre et Vacances.
June 2013Je tiens à signaler que les appartements P3 ne sont pas adaptés pour 2 couples adultes mais pour un couple avec enfants. Heureusement que nous avons pu changer pour 2 studios communicants par les terrasses, là c'était très bien. Pour Antilles Exception: - Prestations: bien. - Rapport qualité prix: bien avec simplification des démarches - Location de voiture: très bien et très sérieux (2A Location) -Organisation de voyage: Bien Note Globale: bien, je recommanderai Antilles Exception.
December 2013Appartement propre et de taille normale, juste la déco un peu dépassée et la TV dans le coin d’un mur ou personne ne peut la regarder. Voiture : Parfaite et le loueur disponible et à l’ecoute
April 2012Résidence de qualité avec avec la possibilité des s’extraire des animations prévues ou d’en profiter. Au choix. Trsè bon emplacement (près de la mer). Equipements de qualité, chambre très correcte. En revanche, la chambre a été faite une fois en une semaine, c’est un peu léger.
March 2012Excellent séjour passé dans la résidence Pierre-et-Vacances de Sainte-Luce (Martinique). Résidence idéale pour des vacances en famille (proximité de la plage et du village de Sainte-Luce, qualité de la prestation hôtelière et de la résidence dans son ensemble (magnifique parc paysager, vue imprenable sur la mer et le rocher du Diamant, piscine, accès direct à la plage, restaurant).
