Located 300m from Las Ballenas beach in a private residential area, the villa is perched on a hill and offers a magnificent view of the bay.
There is no walking access from the villa to Playa Escondida or Playa Bonita.
Las Terrenas' many restaurants, bars and shops are approximately 2km away.
