The villa is located in a small quiet residence, less than 300m from the famous Punta Popy beach.

You can easily reach the various restaurants and bars along the beach.

The village center is a 7 minutes walk away.

The 130m² property consists of a main two-level villa and a bungalow.

The garden level of the villa offers:

2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with King size beds (180X200) and and their private shower rooms
1 well equipped open kitchen
1 living room (television and sofa) open onto the terrace

The upper floor includes:

1 air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen size bed (160x200) and a private shower room

In front of the living room, the shaded terrace with an outdoor lounge area and a dining area.

The tenant is informed of possible utilities outage, of possible poor cable and internet connections and that the pool does not have a security system, and that his/her children and his/her relatives are fully under his/her responsibility. Antilles Exception and the owner of the villa decline any responsibility for the use of the pool.
Electricity consumption is an additional charge to be paid on site.
Cleaning lady in option (except if the cleaning fee is already included), about 3€/hour.
