Ideally located between Sainte Rose and Deshaies, near the beach of Nogent, in the north of Basse Terre, this villa has a breathtaking view of the Grand Cul de Sac Marin.
The place is idyllic for the amateurs of calm and nature.
You are less than 850m from the local shops and 5 km from the town of Deshaies, its shops and restaurants.
At the bottom of your villa, at about 650m, you can enjoy the beach of Nogent.
Less than 5 km away, one of the most beautiful beaches of Basse Terre, the Grande Anse Beach, white sand and coconut trees as far as the eye can see.

This 110m² (+ 25m² covered terrace) villa can accommodate up to 8 people and a 38m² bungalow can accommodate up to 3 people.

- An air-conditioned children's bedroom with two single beds
- Air-conditioned bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200)
- A shower room common to both bedrooms, with toilet

- A mezzanine open onto the living room equipped with a sofa bed for 2 persons

Des services à la hauteur et des personnes en contact dune gentillesse sans pareil.Je recommande bien évidemment le site Antilles Exception. Mille mercis particulièrement à Johanna pour ses précieux conseils et à Adeline de la conciergerie pour sa réactivité et son professionnalisme ??
