This magnificent contemporary villa is nestled in a residential area of the seaside resort of Saint-François. It overlooks the Caribbean Sea and the islands of Guadeloupe, on the edge of the state-owned reserve.
A 10-minute walk takes you to a white sand beach with crystal-clear water.
A five-minute drive takes you to downtown Saint-François, with its marina, nightlife, gourmet restaurants, boutiques, casino, international golf course and airfield.....
You'll have a wide choice of activities to keep you entertained, or simply do nothing and enjoy the moment, lying back on your deckchair in the breeze of the trade winds...
Property
This 150m² (+ 77m² of terrace) villa can accommodate up to 8 people. It includes:
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with a Queen size bed (160/200) and each with a private shower room with toilet
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds (90/200) which can be brought closer and form a King size bed (180/200), and privative shower-room with toilet
- A independent guest restroom
- A very well equipped kitchen open onto the living room and the terrace
- A laundry room (washing machine + dryer)
- A living room opened onto the terrace offering you a magnificent view on the sea, Marie Galante, Les Saintes and La Souffrière
- A large terrace equipped with table and chairs, a fan and a plancha - Bioclimatic pergola by the pool

Please note: 2 bedrooms face the sea and the other 2 face the garden.

March 2024Villa très confortable à l identique des photos du site. Aline est vraiment professionnelle et très réactive en cas de besoin.
August 2023Notre séjour a été magnifique, la villa était extraordinaire et cela répondait largement à nos attentes. L'accueil a été très sympathique par Aline et le départ était parfait car nous avons pu rester plus longtemps dans la journée pour pouvoir prendre notre temps.

March 2023Nous avons passés de très belles vacances. La villa, l'hôte et la communication avec Antilles Exception tout était super !!!
March 2023La villa était en tout point avec les photos. Un gros plus pour la luminosité cétait très agréable. Si nous avions à nommer quelques points damélioration ce serait les matelas un peu dur ( mais cest au goût de chacun) et instrument de cuisine assez limité selon moi. Leffet du manque deau sur lîle nous a pas causé de grand souci mais ça passé proche. Un grand merci à notre hôtesse Aline qui a été dune grande gentillesse et toujours prévenante.

February 2023Très belle villa avec grand confort et joliment meublé. Belle vue avec plage à proximité Peut être un peu excentré pour les visites vers Basse Terre ( beaucoup de bouchon sur la route). Très bon accueil de Veronique.
