Location of the villa
The villa is located in the most beautiful garden of Guadeloupe and probably one of the most beautiful of the Caribbeans: The Botanical Garden of Deshaies (http://www.jardin-botanique.com)!
In a large private space, far enough away from the visitors' area, you will enjoy the surrounding tranquility. the villa is surrounded by lush vegetation and the occupants have free access to the park 24 hours a day. Thus it is possible to go for a walk in the botanical garden in the early morning or at the end of the day and enjoy, alone, this magnificent park.
The villa and garden dominate the bay of Deshaies on Basse Terre in Guadeloupe. Most rooms and the terrace of the villa enjoys a magnificent view of the sea and the bay.
The heart of Deshaies and the small shops are about 1.5 km away.
Property
This 350m² two-level house, of an architecture creole integrally built with wood from the islands, can accommodate up to 11 people and features:
On the upper level:
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each with a double bed (160 X 200), ceiling fan, a mosquito net and its own bathroom
- 1 large air-conditioned office with a private terrace. It can be used as a bedroom with the futon sofa bed for 2 people
- 1 living room with and an equipped kitchen
- 1 very large 135m² terrace partially covered with a sitting area, a dining area and a sunbathing area.
All the rooms on the upper level have a sea view.
On the lower level:
- An air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, both with mosquito nets, ceiling fan and a private bathroom
- A 150m² shaded terrace
Right next to the villa, you will appreciate the circular 40m² swimming pool surrounded by tropical plants (secured by a barrier and an alarm)

MaskVue exceptionnelle sur la magnifique baie de Deshaies depuis notre terrasse, nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’environnement de la villa. L’accès au jardin botanique est un plus surtout en dehors des heures d’ouvertures. Cadre grandiose pour des vacances reposantes en famille. Grandes chambres et grands espaces de vie. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
