Located by the sea, in the town of Moule, in the heart of Grande Terre in Guadeloupe, the Estate offers an exceptional setting with a breathtaking view of the ocean.

It has direct access to the sea, just 5 minutes away on foot, perfect for memorable hikes.

The location is ideal, close to the superb white sand beaches and the seaside resort of Saint-François, where you will find an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones golf course, a marina, as well as shops, bars and restaurants.

Saint-François is also the departure point for boats to neighboring islands, such as La Désirade, Marie-Galante and Les Saintes, reinforcing the appeal of this unique location.

At the heart of a 5,400 m² park, the estate has been designed to preserve everyone's privacy and offers: 2 4*-villas (2-4 people), 1 3*-studio (2-4 people) and 1 villa 4 bedrooms (6-8 people).

One of two charming, upscale villas can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. It offers a breathtaking view of the island of Désirade and the surf spot of Anse Salabouelle.
