The villa is located in the town of Saint-François, in the eastern part of Guadeloupe called Grande-Terre, and a 45-minute drive from Pointe-à-Pitre airport. From the villa, you can reach the town of Saint-François in less than 5 minutes to access all amenities: shopping center, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, fish market and with spices.

The unmissable Marina de Saint-François offers multiple pleasures with numerous restaurants and boutiques for shopping. The Saint-François International Golf Course, the Casino and the Aerodrome are all just 5 minutes from your magnificent vacation villa.

The most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe, such as Raisins Clairs beach, La Caravelle and Anse-Champagne, are just 5 to 10 minutes from the villa. For surfing enthusiasts, the Pointe du Helleux is also near. The port of Saint-François is the departure point for maritime shuttles to Marie-Galante, Désirade and Les Saintes.
