The villa is located in the countryside at the entrance of the seaside resort of Saint-François.

In an ideal setting for family or friends, you will be at a 5 minute drive from the town, the marina, the beaches of Saint-François and its nautical activities, the international golf course, and the Casino (gaming tables, slot machines, etc....) and only a few minutes from the main sites of Grande Terre.

Within a 10 to 15 minute drive from the villa, you will find the most beautiful beaches and lagoons of Guadeloupe.

Tastefully decorated, this magnificent villa has all the comfort to accommodate 4 people and includes:

1 air-conditioned Parental Suite equipped with a King Size bed (180/200), a separate private shower room, a separate restroom, and a direct access to the pool terrace
1 air-conditioned Suite equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200), a shower room and toilet - access to the terrace
1 living space with a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge with TV, open onto the terrace
1 large covered terrace with a dining area and lounging area
1 swimming pool promising you pleasant moments of relaxation and refreshment

Where to start ! This stunning villa perched at the top of a mountain offers a breathtaking view with perfect privacy. You’ll quickly feel connected to nature. The accommodation was very clean and well-maintained. The construction looks brand new. The infinity pool is a huge plus. The 3 sliding doors that open to give you a view of the sea and mountains make you feel like you're outdoors at all times. The views from the bedrooms with sliding doors are also magnificent, one overlooks the pool, and the other faces the outdoor dining area. The outdoor relaxation area offers wonderful moments for morning coffee. The villa is perfectly located, close to everything, in the Saint-François neighborhood, and only 15 minutes from Sainte-Anne. The host is very responsive and super friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Honestly, I have no negative points to mention. Don’t wait, if it's available, BOOK IT!!!

The villa is just perfect for a relaxing family stay. Beautiful villa with all the comfort and great amenities! You can reach everything in 5-10 minutes by car, such as the Carrefour shopping center or the beach. Highly recommended.
