Nestled on the heights, you are at 300m from one of the most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe.

You are just a 5 minute drive from the center of St François, its shops, its restaurants and also its day and night activities.

With an area of 250m ² this villa can welcome 8 persons :

2 air-conditioned rooms with a King size bed (180/200) and exclusive shower room with toilet,
2 air-conditioned rooms with 2 single beds (90/190) and exclusive shower room with toilet,
1 large open plan living room with a superb sea view, including two modern kitchens and very well equipped (+ pantry), a lounge area (sofa and coffee table), a dining area for 8 people and a festive lounge area with sofa, Armchair and coffee table for chess.
1 indoor relaxation area with sofa and TV,
1 solarium with outdoor lounge and table,
1 room with shower and guest toilet.

The swimming pool with its balneo area as well as the deck equipped with deckchairs allow for pleasant moments of relaxation overlooking the sea and the islands !
From the solarium you can admire the Pointe des Châteaux, Petite Terre, Les Saintes ..... a real treat for the eyes!

For your comfort and safety children under 12 are not recommended !
