Nestled between the golf course (entrance at 100m) and a small private beach (10m) on the edge of the lagoon of Saint François, the villa is right in front of the sea. The Residence Hamak where it is located, has only high standard villas and the environment is quiet.

Many shops are within a walking distance to 500m (restaurants, cafe, bakery, supermarket ...).

Some of the most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe are also very close, including La Coulée (accessible by foot) or Anse à la Gourde at the Pointe de Châteaux.

This luxurious 150m² (+ 100m² terrace) one-level villa features:

3 air-conditioned bedrooms each with a queen size bed (160X200), one has with private bathroom
1 second bathroom
1 very well equipped kitchen
1 large living room, open onto the terrace, with sofas, a coffee table and a large flat screen TV.

In front of the living room, the large terrace faces the pool and the lagoon. You will also certainly appreciate the 300m² tropical garden with its private access to the beach.

Exceptional in Guadeloupe, the villa offers a heated swimming pool!!!
