Surrounded by a tropical garden inviting you to relax, it is located in the residential district of Hauts de Saint-François, just 1.5 km from the city center and a 2-minute drive from La Coulée beach.

This villa is part of a human-sized tourist complex, designed with care and attention to details, offering a pleasant atmosphere and attentive service.

The two twin villas can be rented separately or together thanks to a large opening connecting their gardens.
The 160 m² villa offers high-end services:
- Three air-conditioned, independent bedrooms of 18 to 24 m², each with a Queen Size bed (160/200), shower room, toilet and exterior access. The master suite is equipped with a bathtub, shower and separate restroom, and communicates directly from the inside with the second bedroom
- A large living room, an equipped kitchen with a central island, as well as a storage room for storing bulky items (suitcases, golf equipment, etc.).
- A large terrace with guest restroom
- An infinity pool with integrated jacuzzi, a barbecue, a landscaped garden and private parking
The villa is organized into two distinct spaces: a night area (bedrooms) and a day area (living room, kitchen, terrace, swimming pool with jacuzzi), all designed with top quality finishes.
Please note, it is possible to rent the two twin villas (GPSF234 and GPSF235) for a total capacity of 12 people, with the possibility of adding one or more hotel suites for even more space.
