Location of the villa
Located a few kilometers from the village Saint François and 200 meters from the beautiful Anse à la Gourde Beach, the villa overlooks the ocean on the protected site of the Pointe des Châteaux, which guarantees an unmatched calm and an exceptional view. The house is part of the ten villas of the residence Iguana Bay, secured by digicode and a guard.
The center of Saint François, the golf course and shops are about 5 km away. 2 restaurants are about 400m away, while a small local shop is less than 1.5 km away.

This 135m² villa features:
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds. Each room has a private bathroom
- A large living room facing the swimming pool in the garden and the sea, with a table, chairs, a sofa and a small television
- A well equipped open kitchen open onto the terrace
- A shaded terrace with and outdoor lounge and a dining area
The terrace will be the main place where you will spend the most time, lying on the lounge chairs, you will undoubtedly enjoy the swimming pool and the magnificent view of the sea.

MaskHébergement conforme à la description, très confortable, piscine privée à débordement avec très belle vue sur la mer sans vis-à-vis. Petite remarque concernant les pièces d’eau à rafraichir, sinon rien à redire, nous avons passé 2 semaines excellentes avec tout le confort souhaité, tant au niveau équipement (cuisine, barbecue, literie…) qu’au niveau de la tranquillité du site. Nous avons été reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse avec en prime pour bien démarrer le séjour tout le nécessaire pour se confectionner un pti’ punch et un petit déjeuner de bienvenue (très bonne attention). Nous recommandons fortement cette location. Nous reviendrons et ferons de nouveau appel à vos services.
April 2018La villa est conforme aux attentes. Excellent état et vue a couper le souffle. Tout le confort y est. Parfaite ! L’accompagnement d’Antilles Exception était parfait en tout point.
November 2015La maison est tout simplement géniale ! Elle est située dans un endroit idéal et elle est toute équipée ! La piscine est superbe et la vue tout simplement splendide. Nous n’hésiterons pas a y retourner. Vraiment superbe villa
