The villa is located on the south coast of Grande Terre, halfway between Sainte-Anne and Saint-François in Guadeloupe. The environment is very calm, serene and relaxing.

The beach is about 850 m from the house. You will be able to access the Le Relais du Moulin complex with its gourmet restaurant in the evening, its snack bar for lunch, its select bar all day long and its Spa and Relaxation area.

A small local shop is approximately 1600 m from the villa.

In the middle of the south coast of Grande-Terre, the location of the villa is ideal as a starting point to explore the diversity of riches that Guadeloupe offers us.
