The villa is about 2 km from the town of Sainte Anne where you will find shops, restaurants "feet in the sand" and markets. In a quiet residential area, the villa is surrounded by tropical plants and enjoys a lovely view of the sea and Marie Galante.
The sea is about 150m and La Caravelle beach (club med) is less than 2 km.
Halfway between Pointe à Pitre and the Pointe des Châteaux, the villa is a very good starting point to visit the riches of Guadeloupe.
