Location of the villa
The villa is located in Carbet, on the northern Caribbean coast of Martinique.
Much less touristy than the southern Caribbean, the Carbet region and the surrounding towns have many assets: Beautiful beaches of brown or black sand, not very crowded, many hikes on the neighboring hills, a warm and authentic Caribbean atmosphere.
A few kilometers from the villa, the town of Saint Pierre is a "must" visit given its rich history and linked to the volcanic eruption of 1902. A little further north, several hiking trails to the summit of the Mount Pelée volcano.
The town of Carbet is very pleasant, especially its beach which hosts magnificent sunsets over the sea, but also restaurants, some of very good quality, as well as bars (the Wahoo café is very popular with some members of the Antilles Exception team ;-).
The villa itself enjoys exceptional sea views.
Although close to the road, it does not suffer from noise as the living area of the villa is located on the opposite side.
Property
Completely renovated in 2023, this 180m² (+ 200m of terraces) two-level villa enjoys a refined and very neat decoration. It includes:
On the upper level:
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom furnished with a King size bed (180X200), with a bathroom area in the bedroom and separate shower room
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a King size bed and a private shower room
- 1 large living room with a dining area that can accommodate up to 14 people
- 1 very well-equipped kitchen open onto the living room
- 1 100m² covered terrace with a lounge area and some sun loungers. The view from this terrace is magnificent... the sunsets too!
At the back of the villa, you can enjoy a small outdoor lounge and the second swimming pool (the main one is downstairs)
Accessible from the terrace by an external spiral staircase, the Garden level includes:
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a King size bed
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen size bed (160 X 200)
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds
- 2 shower rooms with WC, shared by the 3 bedrooms
- 1 shaded terrace with large lounge area and a small kitchen.
In front of the terrace, the deck, the swimming pool and some sun loungers await you. Here again, the 180° view of the sea and the northern hills is magnificent!
Please note:
The downstairs rooms are not suitable for young children if the parents sleep upstairs
The rates vary depending on the number of occupants and bedrooms rented (1 rate for 2 bedrooms and 4 people maximum, 1 rate for the entire villa and 10 people maximum)
