Location of the villa
The villa is located in a large and beautiful property sitting in a very calm and wooded environment. It enjoys a very beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. You can also see the sea from the terrace. The property accommodates 2 pretty little villas each with their own private swimming pool. Peace and quiet are guaranteed, the villas are very independent and accommodate only 2 people each.
Discreet, the owner of the place lives in a villa on the same property, located away from the rental villas.
The beaches of Diamant and Sainte Luce are about 9km away, the nearest supermarket is 4km away.
The villa is a 3-minute drive from the main Nationale road, thus a very good starting point to easily visit all of Martinique.

This 50m² (+ 30m² of terrace) Creole-style villa is decorated with taste and refinement. It includes:
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom furnished with a a Queen Size bed (160X200), with a private shower room
- 1 living room with sofa and a well-equipped kitchen area.
In front of the living room, the shaded terrace hosts a dining area and a small outdoor lounge. Just in front, the 2.5mX4m pool is bordered by 2 sun loungers.

Logement magnifiquement bien placé dans un cadre idyllique. Petite maison a la martiniquaise très cosy. Endroit très calme avec une vue sublime.
November 2024La location d'Isabelle est très bien décorée et équipée (barbecue, lave vaisselle, lave linge) pour passer d'agréables vacances. Elle est conforme à 100% aux photographies. Isabelle est une hôte charmante qui nous a très bien accueillie et donné de très bons conseils. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cette location.
