Located in the heart of the town of historic Saint-Pierre, this magnificent townhouse has direct access to the beach. You will enjoy the village life of yesteryear: all amenities (market, bakery, shops, medical services and restaurants) are within walking distance.

The villa itself is bordered by the pedestrian walkway and faces the beautiful beach of black volcanic sand that contrasts with the crystal clear water. The bay of Saint-Pierre, dominated by the majestic Mont-Pelée, is almost 1 kilometer long with the market at its end, the historic building of the Chamber of Commerce and the dock. You can easily take advantage of the many cultural and sports activities offered by the "City of Art and History".

Its location is ideal for climbing Mont Pelée, discovering the other villages in the north of the island or visiting the many distilleries nearby. In the evening, you will rest from your days of discovery, comfortably installed on the terrace or on the beach, admiring the sunset and will be able to try to see the mysterious green ray.

Upon request, additional mattresses can accommodate 2 additional children
You will have at your disposal 4 lounge chairs, a parasol and 4 sling chairs that you can install on the beach as well as 2 parking spaces in the alley next to the villa.
