Location of the villa
The villa is in the residential area of "O'Mullane bas" in the commune of Diamant. Located in a calm and relaxing environment, it enjoys a wide view of Cherry Point, Diamond Rock and Morne Larcher.
At a distance of about 350 meters you can enjoy the small unspoiled beach, ideal for swimming and collecting shells. But you might prefer to explore the stunning Diamant Beach, which is around 1800 meters away, or discover the many beaches accessible within a few minutes' drive.
A local shop is less than 700 meters away and the village of Diamant, with restaurants and small shops, is 1.5 km away.

On 2 levels, this 250m² villa accommodates:
At the main level:
- A large living room opening onto the terrace with a lounge and television area, as well as a billiards table
- A well-equipped American kitchen with breakfast bar and sea view
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with Queen Size double beds (160*200) and private bathrooms
Accessible only by an exterior staircase, on the garden level:
- A dormitory room that can accommodate up to 7 children or teenagers, with 5 single beds and 1 bunk bed
- A television area
- A bathroom with two showers and a separate toilet.
On the main level, the interior living room, with billiards, opens directly onto a partially covered terrace. It has a beautiful swimming pool (8.5m * 3.5m), a dining area that can accommodate up to 14 people, and an outdoor lounge.
Good to know :
- The dormitory room on the ground floor is accessible only from outside the villa. It is NOT SUITABLE FOR VERY YOUNG CHILDREN
- Rates vary depending on the number of occupants and rooms rented: 1 rate for the upper level only (3 bedrooms, 6 people maximum), 1 rate for the entire villa (4 bedrooms, 13 people maximum)
