Location of the villa
Located on the east coast of Martinique at Pointe Cerisier in François, this very exclusive villa is quite exceptional. The 17,500 m² estate on which it is located is close to the lagoon along the coast Cap Est, the most renowned on the island. The beach of Cap Est is about 1 km away and the beautiful beach of Pointe Faula is about a 10 minute drive.
The villa is located in Pointe Cerisier, in the commune of Le François. It is part of a large wooded property (approximately 17,500m²) that has 2 houses located far from each other, with independent road and sea access.
The center of the François is about 10 km away.

This luxurious three-level villa offers an exceptional panoramic view:
On the lower level:
- 2 communicating bedrooms (approx. 25 m²) with Queen size beds
- 1 covered terrace of 55 m², overlooking the garden
At the intermediate level:

- 1 large living room with lounge, dining room and a spacious and very well equipped open kitchen with wine cellar, opening onto an open terrace of 40 m².

At the upper level:
- 1 master suite (approx. 62 m² with King size bed and two dressing rooms, a lounge area, an office area and a spacious bathroom
- 2 "luxury" bedrooms (approx. 30 m²) with double beds (convertible into 2 twin beds) and an extra room (with 1 double bed), suitable for 2 children or teenagers
- 1 access to the kiosk, equipped with deckchairs, and adjoining the shallow of the upper part of the infinity pool
The villa has a dedicated access to the dock, a walkway along the lagoon and swimming areas.
