Location of the villa

The villa enjoys an exceptional location. Its land of 3500m2 in front of the ocean includes a private dock.

The view of the sea and the islets of Le François is sumptuous. The villa is located in the quiet and residential area of Pointe Cerisier at Le Cap Est in the town of Le François.

It is possible to dock a boat to enjoy the many nearby islets.

Swimming from the dock is nice as well. The nearest beach is about 1800m. It is the small beach of Le Cap Est appreciated by kite-surfers.

The François and its shops are about 10 km away.

Property

With a surface area of approximately 175m² (+ 100m² covered terrace), the villa includes:

1 air-conditioned* bedroom with 2 single beds (designed to create a king size bed by putting them together) and private bathroom
1 air conditioned* bedroom with queen size bed and private bathroom
1 air-conditioned* bedroom with queen size bed and private bathroom
1 modern and very well equipped kitchen
1 living room open onto the terrace.

The house and the pool face the sea! The infinity pool has a large gazebo with outdoor lounge and barbecue.

Separated from the main villa, the 4th bedroom is located under the gazebo. Air-conditioned*, it has 2 single beds (designed to create a king size bed by putting them together), 1 additional single bed and a bunk bed suitable for 2 children or teens and a bathroom.
