Location of the villa
On the Atlantic coast, in the southern part of Le Robert, towards the end of Pointe La Rose beach, this house is in a quiet and residential environment and enjoys a beautiful ocean view.
The small Baie-Coco beach, is less than 2 km away and Le Robert is at about 7 km.
Le Robert is a good starting point to discover the different riches of Martinique, the lush mountainous north and the beautiful south beaches.

Surrounded by a flowery garden, this villa of 125m² (+ 100m² terrace) features:
- 3 Air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed. One bedroom has a private bathroom. Another is on mezzanine/loft (unsuitable for young children)
- A large living room, open onto the terrace and the swimming pool, with a sofa, a coffee table and a TV, and a dining area
- A very well equipped modern open kitchen (small adjoining laundry room)
- A veranda with a sofa where an extra guest can sleep
- An additional bathroom
The villa is furnished with modern and comfortable furnishings.
You will certainly appreciate the shady gazebo near the swimming pool where you can enjoy your meals.
