Location of the villa
Accessible by a small road (about 1.5km, 4X4 not necessary), the villas are located in Vauclin on the South Atlantic coast of Martinique.
The center of Le Vauclin, and its shops, is about 3km and a small convenience store is about 2 km away.
The nearest beach, Pointe Faula beach, is about 3.5km away.
Property
Recent (2014) and very well equipped, each villa is isolated by a beautiful natural barrier. With a surface area of 180m² (+ terrace), each house includes:
On the upper level:
- An air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa bed suitable for 2 children or teenagers. The bedroom also has a dressing room and its own shower room
On ground floor:
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms each with a Queen Size bed (160X200) and a shower room
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 third shower room
- 1 very well equipped kitchen with an adjoining laundry room
- 1 large living room with sofas and a large screen TV.
In front of the living room, the terrace offers a dining area and outdoor lounge area. It faces the secure swimming pool (6mX3.5m) lined with lounge chairs
Please note:
- The 8 villas are identical but 4 of them (class "Royal Palm") have a beautiful ocean view, 2 of them (class "Areca") have a partial ocean view, and the last 2 (class "Jade") have a countryside view.
- Depending on the season, prices may also vary according to the number of occupants.

Février 2019Bonjour, L’ensemble du séjour s’est bien déroulé. Cependant, 1 problème à signaler. lLe produit proposé dans le devis n’était pas celui qui nous a été attribué(la photo du devis était avec une vue mer et celle attribuée avec vue campagne) ce qui est très frustrant et anormal. Réponse Antilles Exception : Nous sommes désolés de ce malentendu. Pourtant, dans notre devis comme dans le bon de réservation la vue " campagne " était bien précisée.
