Location of the villa
Built in 2022, the villa 55° AOC is located on the heights of Anses d'Arlet in a quiet residential area. From the villa, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the village of Anses d'Arlet.
The village of Anses d'Arlet with its pier, its shops, its small restaurants, its fishermen and its large sandy beach is at about 900m.
Several beautiful beaches (Le Diamant, Grande Anse, Anse Noie, Anse Dufour) are at a few minutes drive.
Property
This 230m² (+160m² of terrace) modern villa with a neat decoration, includes:
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor with mosquito nets and private bathrooms. Beds: 1 bed 180x200, 2 beds 90x200, 1 bed 160x200
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms on the upper floor with mosquito nets and private bathrooms. Each room is equipped with a bed 160x200. Communicating by a large terrace.
- 1 modern and very well equipped kitchen with a central island
- 1 large living room open onto the terrace with a lounge area furnished with 2 convertible sofa beds adapted to accommodate a maximum of 4 children/teenagers
In front of the living room, the terrace has a very nice view on the sea and the village of Anses d'Arlet. It includes a dining area with table and chairs and a gazebo on the other side of the pool.
Several sunbathing areas border the large pool (8m x 4m) which includes a jacuzzi.

April 2024Magnifique villa bien équipée et fonctionnelle, la piscine chauffée est un plus. Par contre contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans le descriptif il n'y a pas de moustiquaire dans les 3 chambres du bas. Excellent accueil par le propriétaire. Réponse Antilles Exception : Bonjour, Nous sommes ravis que la villa vous ait plu. Nous sommes désolés de l'absence de moustiquaire dans les chambres du bas. Après avoir fait le point avec le propriétaire, nous confirmons que les moustiquaires seront installées dans les tous prochains jours.
