The villa is in a residential area on the heights of the village of Anses d'Arlet.

It enjoys a beautiful view of the sea, nature and the village.

Les Anses d'Arlet is a fishing town that has remained quite authentic. It has very pretty beaches such as the one in the village (the closest), Grande Anse or Anse Noire. The seabed is quite rich and, with a snorkeling mask and a little patience, you are sure to see turtles!
