Location of the villa
The villa is about 400m from L'Anse à l'Âne beach. In a quiet environment, it enjoys a beautiful sea view and a view of the small island Ramier.
The lively touristic area of Pointe du Bout as well as the 18-hole golf course are about 3 km from the villa.
From the Anse à l'Ane beach, shuttle boats crossing the bay will take you to the center of Fort de France in 20 minutes.
Property
Renovated in 2014, this three-level villa of about 200m² (+ terraces) has 8 rooms.
The upper level includes:
- An air-conditioned master 30m² bedroom with a king size bed (200X200), a dressing room, a shower room and large private terrace with a magnificent sea view
The intermediate level is facing the swimming pool and deck and includes :
- A small air-conditioned bedroom, open onto the terrace with a Queen Size bed (160X200) and its shower room
- 2 Air-conditioned bedrooms each with a Queen size bed and their own shower room
- 1 Well equipped open kitchen
- 1 Wide living room opened on terrace with a great sea view.
The ground level includes:
- 1 Air-conditioned bedroom with 2 bunk beds (for 4 children or teenagers), and its shower room
- 2 Air-conditioned bedrooms each with a Queen size bed and their own shower room
At the intermediate level, facing the living room, is the large shaded terrace where you will enjoy your meals in front of a beautiful sea view. In front of the terrace you will also enjoy sunbathing on lounge chairs... before refreshing yourself in the large swimming pool!
Please note: Various rates according to the number of occupants of the villa:
- 1 Rate for the upper level and intermediate level only (5 bedrooms up to 8 guests),
- 1 Rate for the upper level, intermediate level and 2 lower levels bedrooms only (7 bedrooms up to 12 guests)
- 1 Rate for the whole villa for up to 16 guests maximum

Février 2025Très belle localisation et vue magnifique. Maison spacieuse avec beaucoup d'équipement pour la cuisine
Janvier 2025La maison a tout à fait répondu à nos attentes. Spacieuse, bien équipée intérieur et extérieur. Et surtout la vue est à couper le souffle. Bien accueillis par la propriétaire qui offre un planteur de bienvenue ainsi que tout le nécessaire au premier petit déjeuner. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! La gestion avec Antilles exception et le loueur autorent Caraïbes se sont bien passées également !
