The villa is in a very quiet residential area, on the heights of l'Anse à l'Ane at the Trois Ilets on south coast Caribbean of the Martinique. The view of the sea and the bay of Fort de France is splendid, day and night!

The beach of l'Anse à l'Ane is less than 1km away, but given the steep slope, you will probably prefer to drive. The charming littles beaches of Anse Noire and Anse Dufour and the larger Anses d'Arlets beach are about 3km away.

A small supermarket is about 1km from the villa while Pointe du Bout which is the lively and touristic area of Martinique with its shops and restaurants, is 4km away.

The international golf of Martinique is 3km away.

Super villa avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Fort de France.Excellent accueil de la voisine Mme Rousselin toujours disponible.Deux petits détails qui normalement vont être résolu, pas de glaçon dans le super réfrigérateur et une piscine qui perd énormément d'eau et qui a verdi pendant le WE. A cet égard le propriétaire soucieux de ces soucis nous a immédiatement appelé.Magnifique séjour du 11 au 26 juin 2021.
