The villa, completed in 2023, is in a very quiet residential area, on the heights of Anse à l'Ane in Les Trois Ilets on the south Caribbean coast of Martinique. The view on the sea and the bay of Fort de France is splendid, day and night!
The beach of Anse à l'Ane is less than 1km away but, due to the slope, you will probably prefer to drive there. The lovely little beaches of Anse Noire and Anse Dufour as well as the large beach of Anses d'Arlets are about 3km away. A small supermarket is about 1km from the villa, while Pointe du Bout, the lively tourist area of Martinique with its stores and restaurants, is 4km away.
