Located in the Domaine de Belfond in Sainte Anne in a very quiet environment, this villa is part of a group of semi-detached villas, close to the beaches. It is located 300 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Pointe Marin.
The most beautiful sandy beaches of southern Martinique, such as the famous Les Salines beach, are only a few minute drive away.
Surrounded by nature, the villa opens onto a small terrace in front of the living room, with a barbecue area.
