Located in the village of Sainte Anne, surrounded by nature, the villa enjoys a very quiet and lush environment.
A convenience store is at about 2km and the village Le Marin, with its shops, restaurants and marina, is at about 7km.
The beautiful beach of Anse Michel, lined with coconut trees, is a 5-7 minute drive and many other beautiful beaches of southern Martinique are less than a 15 minute drive.

Surrounded by a large garden, the brightly colored villa features:
- 1 air-conditioned(*) bedroom with a queen size bed (160X200) and its private shower room

You will appreciate the shaded terrace furnished with a hammock, an outdoor lounge and a dining area. It faces the garden and the large swimming pool with lounge chairs.
For your comfort and relaxation, a gazebo is also equipped with an oudoor lounge and a hammock.
