The villa is located in Flamands, not far from one of the most famous beaches on the island of St Barts. The beach is within walking distance for the bravest!

The closest restaurants on the beach are located less than 300m from the villa.

A few minutes drive will take you to the heart of the island: Gustavia.

This contemporary two-level villa, of about 190m², consists of a main residence and a bungalow:

1 air-conditioned bedroom with a King Size bed (180x200) and its private shower room, open onto the terrace and the swimming pool

On the main level, a partially covered terrace has a lounge area and a sunbathing deck bordering the heated swimming pool, offering its guests a sublime view of the bay.

A noter : Pas de restriction pour les enfants. A noter simplement qu'une des chambres est située à l'étage inférieur. donc il y a un escalier sur la terrasse.

A 4*4 vehicle is required to access the villa

To know : Rates differ according to the number of occupants and the number of rooms rented (one rate for 2 rooms and 4 people maximum, 3 rooms and 6 people maximum)
