The Cottage is nestled in a secure residential estate located in the highly sought after area of Domaine de la Baie Netlé.

You will be close to Terres Basses, with its magnificent beaches of the Caribbean Sea: Baie Rouge, Baie aux Prunes and Baie Longue, but also 13 minutes away from the famous Maho Beach, popular for watching airplanes take off and land.

For your nightlife, you will quickly reach Maho and Simpson Bay and enjoy its restaurants, casinos, piano bars, nightclubs and also beautiful beaches like Mullet Bay. And for travelers who arrive with their own boat, it is very close to the Sandy Ground bridge and therefore very easily accessible.
