Location of the villa

The villa is nestled in the heart of Orient Bay, 250 meters from the beach. The environment is calm for a relaxing vacation.

You will enjoy the long and beautiful beach of Orient Bay, with its water sports (jet ski, sailing, kite surfing) as well as its many beach bars and restaurants with their lounge chairs and umbrellas at only a 12 minute walk. For your evenings, traditional restaurants and bars are also within a walking distance. A small supermarket is located near the beach, as well as a bakery, a hairdresser and a tobacco shop. You can also have your groceries delivered if needed. The Parc de la Baie Orientale is very secure with more than 100 cameras, as well as a 24/7 security guard. At a10 minute away drive, you can enjoy the village of Grand Case, considered the gastronomic capital of the Caribbean.

This 250m² three-bedroom villa can accommodate up to 6 people. It includes:

The coastline of this beach is lined with numerous restaurants, some boasting a trendy and chic style. A section of Orient Bay provides lounge chairs where you can sip cocktails, but it is also entirely possible to lay down your own towel and opt for an impromptu picnic.

At the back of the beach, a few hotels are present, but primarily, a significant portion of the accommodation options, offering a wide range of villa rentals in Saint-Martin for your stay.

The trade winds that sweep through Orient Bay make it particularly popular among kitesurfing enthusiasts who come to enjoy ideal conditions for their sport.

A naturist beach is located to the west of Orient Bay. Originally, it was the only hotel on the beach. Since then, with the increasing number of visitors, the beach has become quite touristy and family-oriented.
