At the western end of St. Maarten, the Terres Basses peninsula is a true Caribbean Garden of Eden. Sumptuous houses, coastal lagoons and rocky landscape make the decor of this very secret site. Shores with agitated waters, the Baie aux Prunes is also the most deserted beach of the peninsula. It is in this haven of peace, halfway between Marigot and the airport, that this exceptional villa is nestled.

We just returned back from a wonderful week vacation at the “Just in Paradise” villa. The villa is absolutely beautiful and the pictures do not justify what you actually receive when you are there. In regards to the concierge team managed by Mehdi, we couldn’t be more happier. From the time of booking, to our landing at SXM and during our entire stay, Mehdi and his team kept us informed and in communication with whatever our needs. Such things that he provided were restaurant recommendations, beach equipment rentals and ferry options...to name a few. Melissa, our daily housekeeper, was outstanding and she kept the space spotless. A real treat while you were here. THANK YOU! We really hope to be back next year, or in the coming years, and if so, this will be our choice. Please feel confident in booking this rental. Thank you so much for everything. Mai 2023The name of the villa is appropriate. It truly was paradise. The view, the pool, the accommodations, the staff - other than a few small issues that were promptly resolved, it was just a perfect stay. Melissa and Stephen were so sweet and professional and helpful! Steve was so patient and helpful at the airport. Mehdi and the whole team took such great care of us. We appreciate you all!! There was an issue with one room AC, lots of bugs, and the water went out on our last day. The first rental car we received also was way too big. However, Mehdi, Stephen and team were so thoroughly kind, helpful, accommodating and overall fantastic to work with. They quickly resolved everything that came up. Truly an awesome team and experience.
Mai 2023This was our first trip to the island and we loved it here. Just in Paradise was a great place to stay for our family and the views and sunset each evening was just perfect! Julia was always available to see that any of our needs were met.
