The restaurant's dining room is half open, with a bar and a friendly terrace with its kiosk in cana where the typical Atlantis breakfast can be served. Breakfast includes tea, coffee or chocolate, natural fruit juices, homemade fresh bread, French "crepes" with organic sugar or honey, eggs, ham, cheese, butter and homemade brioches, as well as a wide selection of fresh fruits.

The hotel offers refined and hearty French cuisine, adapted to local products.

A delicious culinary mix, orchestrated by Gérard Prystasz, ex-chef of the Elysée Palace.
