Less than 250m from the magnificent Las Ballenas beach in Las Terrenas, the villa is located in a small secure residence.
The many restaurants and bars along the beaches are within walking distance, between 250m and 900m approximately.
The main supermarket in Las Terrenas is about 2km away.
