The 140m² two-storey villa has 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. It includes:

On the ground floor:

1 bedroom with a King Size bed (180/200) and its adjoining bathroom and WC, which can be accessible to people with reduced mobility
1 independent restroom
1 kitchen / living room open onto the terrace
1 large covered terrace with sea view
1 swimming pool (3.90m X 2.50m) with a pretty wooden gazebo with a lounge ideal for the cocktail hour

On the upper floor:

1 master suite with sea view with a King Size bed (180/200) and a large bathroom equipped with 2 rain showers
1 bedroom with a King Size bed (180/200)
1 bedroom with 2 single beds
1 independent bathroom common to the 2 bedrooms
1 independent restroom

The swimming pool area will be your privileged space... Unless the beach is your best choice!!!  And for the most courageous, in front of the villa, the seaside will be the ideal place to stroll and enjoy the sports course and water activities.

Please note: From the small garden and thanks to a secure gate, you will have direct access to the large and beautiful beach de l'Autre Bord.

Important : the Villa is the twin of the villa GPOM14. The 2 villas can be rented separately or together offering the privilege of having 2 exceptional properties with a capacity of 16 persons.

Beautiful beachfront villa in a gated neighborhood, the villa exceeded our expectations, even more beautiful than on the pictures. Easy communication with the property manager (from before the trip if I had any questions to during our stay). Very clean, complete with everything you need (to cook, clean, etc). Direct beach access, clean pool, great outdoor space. Air conditioning in every bedroom, very comfortable beds. Quiet neigborhood, close to every facilities and 1 minute walk to beachfront restaurants. I would highly recommend. Will be going back for shure.
