Located in the Le Lagon residence, between the golf course (entrance 200m away) and the turquoise waters of the lagoon, the villa is directly in front of the sea.

The residence only includes luxury villas and a secure and quiet environment, on the edge of the Saint-François lagoon.

Many shops and the Marina are within walking distance less than 650 m (restaurants, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, etc.).

Some of the most beautiful beaches in Guadeloupe are also very close, including La Coulée (accessible on foot) or Anse à la Gourde on Pointe de Châteaux.
