Located in the north-east of Guadeloupe, in St François, 15 kilometers from La Pointe des Châteaux, you are close to the city center.
From the villa, you will be able to reach the famous Raisins Clairs beach, located at 200m, but also the maritime station which is at 800m and thus discover all the magic of the islands of Guadeloupe.
The villa, nestled in a tropical garden with sparkling colors, is on a property including a second villa. The property is totally secured, with 2 parking spaces outside.
On a clear day, you will enjoy a superb unobstructed view, plunging on the sea and on the surrounding islands.
