Location of the villa

Located on the famous seaside resort of Saint François, 5 minutes from its center, the villa is nestled in the quiet residential estate of "Belle Allée", facing the sea and Marie Galante.

The town of Saint François is at a five minute drive, as well as several supermarkets and various food shops. The Rotonde market, touristic and gastronomic, is held one evening per week, and the fish market on the fishing port, every morning.

The villa is located at 850m from the magnificent Manganao beach with accessible by foot by following the coastline.

Within a 10 minute drive, you can access the other beautiful beaches and lagoons of Saint François.

Property

This 90m² (excluding the terrace) elegant Caribbean-style villa is ideally located in an incredible very private setting with a view of Marie Galante. It can accommodate up to 6 people and includes:

1 air-conditioned Parental Suite equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200) with its private shower room and toilet
2 air-conditioned bedrooms each furnished with a full size bed (140/200), one of which is also equipped with a single bed (90/180)
1 shower room with toilet
1 guest restroom
1 very well equipped kitchen
1 living room with television and sea view
The covered terrace, oriented towards the swimming pool, the sea and Marie Galante, welcomes a dining table of 6-8 places as well as an outdoor living room area

The sun, the heat, the sea and the style of the house... will offer you a perfect setting for your vacations. The view and the access to the wild coastline, give the villa a naturally rich and unique situation.

The access to the sea (110m) is done by the coconut grove of the residence and allows to take advantage of the small private creek.

Note: A small villa for 2 people (GPSF216) is located right next door, allowing the total accommodation of 9 people (no overlooked areas - separate entrances).

Please note: Rates differ according to the number of occupants and the number of rooms rented (one rate for the 3-bedroom villa and 7 people maximum, one rate for the whole villa and the bungalow (GPSF216) and 9 people maximum).

Le seul petit bémol, les coupures d'électricité qui nous ont empêché d'accéder à la maison (store électrique comme seul accès) mais ils m'ont assuré qu'ils allaient y remédier. Hormis cela, tout s'est très bien passé, l'acceuil, le visuel, les équipements..... Tout quoi !
