Located in the countryside of Saint François, in the heart of a private property, this pretty contemporary villa welcomes you in an idyllic setting.
An ideal place to meet with family or friends, you will be a 5 minute drive from the village, the marina, the beaches of St François and their water sports, international golf, and the Casino (gaming tables, slot machines, etc...) and only a few minutes from the main sites of Grande Terre you may want to visit.
Within a 10 to 15 minute drive from this villa, you will find the most beautiful beaches and lagoons of Guadeloupe.

Come and enjoy a pretty 50m² villa, with a modern and neat decoration, that can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child:
- 1 Air-conditioned master suite with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and its adjoining bathroom (Italian shower, sink, suspended WC),
- 1 Equipped open kitchen, open onto the terrace and view of the swimming pool
- 1 Lounge area with a sofa bed, open onto the terrace
- 1 Covered terrace with a dining area facing the pool.
- The multiple openings, always facing the pool, clearly encourage an outdoor lifestyle!
Around the pool: sunbathing and relaxation area in total privacy.
