The villa is located on the outskirts of the seaside resort of Saint François.

The villa was thought out and designed for outdoor living. It is above all, a family villa made for sharing.

Property

This 200m² villa built in L-shape is divided into two distinct spaces open onto the pool and the tropical garden. The sleeping quarter is composed of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms in duplex, each with its own bathroom and toilet. The day area is composed of a large open living room with a US billiard table and a TV corner and a "Balinese" inspired living room to share a cocktail with friends, read or simply rest in peace. The dining area with its equipped open kitchen open onto the outside and its large covered terrace serves as a communication between these two modules.
