At less than a five minute drive from the famous Anse à l'Eau beach and the village of Saint François, the villa is located on the outskirts of the seaside resort of Saint François.

The villa was thought out and designed for outdoor living. It is above all, a family villa made for sharing.

Softness of life, calm and comfort are its main assets.

Its teak terrace and its swimming pool are an invitation to relaxation.

Property

This 200m² villa built in L-shape is divided into two distinct spaces open onto the pool and the tropical garden. The sleeping quarter is composed of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms in duplex, each with its own bathroom and toilet. The day area is composed of a large open living room with a US billiard table and a TV corner and a "Balinese" inspired living room to share a cocktail with friends, read or simply rest in peace. The dining area with its equipped open kitchen open onto the outside and its large covered terrace serves as a communication between these two modules.
