Located in a quiet area of Sainte Anne, the villa offers a magnificent sea view and a privileged location as you can reach, within a 5-minute drive, the most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe, such as the beach of Caravelle or the Beach of Sainte Anne.
From the villa, a coastal path will lead you to discover beautiful wild beaches (Anse à Saint, Anse à Jacques, Petit Havre).
Located halfway between Pointe à Pitre and the Pointe des Châteaux, the villa is a very good starting point to visit the riches of Guadeloupe.
You are at about 2 km from the village of Sainte Anne where you will find shops, restaurants "feet in the sand" and a market, day and night activities.
