Location of the villa
The villa is located in the residential area of Helleux, in the town of Sainte Anne.
The towns of Ste Anne and St François are less than a 10 minutes drive, where you will enjoy the shops, restaurants and activities for everyone.
The beach of the Pierre et Vacances hotel and its restaurant Le Balaou, the surfers' beach of Le Helleux and the start of a coastal hiking trail are less than 10 minutes walk.

This 115m² one-storey pretty house includes:

Please note: The land also includes a totally independent bungalow where the owner lives. The entrances and the gardens are separate, only the parking is common.

April 2024Superbe location très proche de la plage 500 mètres, décoré avec gout et rien ne manquait. Parlons maintenant de la propriétaire, une femme extraordinaire, d'une gentillesse à tout égard , d'une disponibilité à nous expliquer les fruits et leurs bienfait et surtout une bienveillance. January 2024Un accueil très chaleureux de la part de Léo, la propriétaire. Toujours disponible. Maison très bien équipée, des grandes baies vitrées qui permettent d'avoir une maison bien ventilée ouverte sur la piscine. Très bien située, près de la plage de Pierre et Vacances, et du restaurant Les cocotiers située à mis Chemin entre saint Anne et saint François.
December 2023Nous avons passer à agréable séjour dans la villa GPSA32. Très bien équipée et plein de petites choses disponibles pour les jeunes enfants. Villa ouverte très agréable à vivre, extérieur magnifique et tout confort. Très bien placé, possibilité d'aller à la plage à pied ainsi qu'à à un restaurant (sur place ou à emporter, Accra disponibles !)

November 2022J'ai apprécié le service et les conseils du personnel Antilles Exception. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par notre hôte, nous la remercions pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. La maison est conforme aux photos, jolie, très confortable et fonctionnelle, au calme. La maison est parfaite pour une famille. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
