Located in a quiet and residential area at the border of the township of Sainte Luce and Rivière Salée, this villa offers a magnificent panoramic view on the south of Martinique and on the Diamond rock. On a clear day, you can even see Saint Lucia!
Its central location allows a quick access to the most beautiful beaches and the main tourist sites of the south of the island between 8km and 12km (Sainte Luce and Le Diamant).
A supermarket and a bakery are located at 2.2km. Other shops are also available in Rivière Salée, at about 4.5km.

August 2023Logement très spacieux au calme doté d'une vue magnifique, fidèle au descriptif. Panier douceur à l'arrivée très appréciable. Quelques dysfonctionnements mais propriétaire très réactif. Piscine bien sécurisée.
