Location of the villa
In a cul-de-sac in the quiet area of "O'Mullane" beach, on the front line, the villa offers a very beautiful view of the sea, the Diamant rock, the Morne Larcher, and sometimes the island of Sainte Lucie (depending on the weather).
On foot, you can access the small beach of O'Mullane as well as the hike (easy & shaded) of the Diamond coastal path.
At 800m, a local shop is at your disposal including Sunday morning.
At 1.5km, the center of the village offers a local market, butcher, bakery and many restaurants. You can visit the Church of Saint Thomas, whose interior structure is an upside-down boat hull.
At 1.8km, you can enjoy the very beautiful and large Diamant beach (3kms long)
About 200m away, the small protected beach allows swimming and looking for shells, but you will probably prefer to take advantage of the large and very beautiful Diamant beach located about 1800 meters away. A small convenience store is about 700 meters away and the town of Le Diamant, with restaurants and market, is 1.5 km away.

– 1 large living room opening onto the terrace offering a beautiful view of the swimming pool and the sea.
– 1 mezzanine with a TV corner (large screen), a desk and a table football.
The villa benefits from a large outdoor terrace with a shaded area consisting of a lounge and dining area, as well as a sunny area with a small lounge and sunbathing areas.
One of the strong assets of this villa is the large infinity pool (9mX4m) with a wide sea view.

- The air conditioning is functional from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m.
- Pool maintenance is carried out every Wednesday morning between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m.

June 2023Superbe villa avec une vue exceptionnelle,très agréable à vivre. Nous avons seulement regretté labsence du renouvellement du linge de maison à mi-séjour comme ça se pratique habituellement. Quelques équipements auraient besoin dun petit rafraîchissement.

May 2022Nous avons passé 2 semaines fantastiques au Diamant. La villa est très confortable et bien équipée. Nous avons eu à notre disposition tout ce dont nous avions besoin pendant notre séjour. L’environnement est magnifique. La vue sur la baie est splendide. Nous avons grandement apprécié la terrasse et la piscine privée. Annie et Stéphane sont des hôtes très sympathiques et chaleureux. Ils nous ont accueillis lors de notre arrivée à la villa puis se sont fait très discrets. Nous nous sommes rapidement sentis chez nous. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute lors de notre prochain voyage en Martinique. C’était vraiment super !
