The villa is located in a residential area of Le Diamant, slightly above than the town. It offers a wide sea view, on one side on the bay of Sainte Luce and on the other on the rock of Le Diamant and the Morne Larcher.
At about 1300m you will have access to the small beach of O'Mullane. You can also easily get to the beautiful beach of Le Diamant located about 3000m as well as to the many beaches in the surrounding area accessible in a few minutes drive.
The town of Le Diamant with shops and restaurants is about 3.5km away.
