Location of the villa
The villa is located in a residential area of Le Diamant and is 200 meters from the main beach with a beautiful view of the rock of the same name.
The town of Le Diamant is about 2 km away (many shops and restaurants), the town of Anses d'Arlet, very appreciated for its small beaches (famous for turtle watching) and its authenticity, is about 5 km away.

- 1 very large terrace overlooking the pool (8mx3m), where you can enjoy a beautiful sea view and the Diamant Rock.

The lower level, accessible only from the outside, includes :
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms each with a Queen size bed (160X200) and a private bathroom
- 1 equipped kitchen
- 1 living room with a television and 2 sofa beds (children under 12 years old), and a portable air conditioner
- 1 covered terrace with a small stone pool (3.5m x 1.7m, 90cm deep)
- 1 outdoor shower with independent sanitary facilities

March 2024Bon accueil téléphonique, documents claires et rien à dire sur la villa
March 2024Nous avons séjourné une semaine en Mars dans cette super villa en Martinique avec une vue imprenable sur le rocher du Diamant. La villa est relativement calme, compte tenu du fait que la partie basse nétait pas louée et que nous y étions hors saison. La maison est relativement spacieuse et bien équipée. La petite piscine est parfait pour se rafraîchir le matin ou après une journée de visites ou de détente sur les plages voisines. Le point fort de cette villa était sans aucun doute la vue sur le Diamant au réveil. Le quartier était tranquille malgré quelques travaux dans des maisons autour. Nous n avons pas profité de la plage voisine à cause des sargasses mais le Chill, beach club à 30s à pied était top. Peggy était très accueillante et sympathique. Nous la recommandons chaudement !
March 2023Maison idéalement située, en hauteur face au rocher du Diamant , nous avons été accueillis par un hôte prévenant et disponible .La plage est à 2 pas ainsi qu'un restaurant ou nous avons diné 2 fois :très bon et excellent rapport qualité prix .La boulangerie et un primeur sont à 15 mn à pied .Enfin un très bon séjour et une maison avec une vue de ouf
December 2022Service génial. Je recommande Antilles Exception. Je n’hésiterais pas à faire appel de nouveau à leur service lors d’un prochain séjour aux Antilles. De plus, les propriétaires de la villa nous ont assuré un séjour exceptionnel dans leur magnifique villa avec un relationnel disponible et bienveillant.
